The house has rich history, the oldest part of the estate dates back to the end of XVIII, and in 1837 Queen Elizabeth II of Spain signed a document charting the farm was the greatest grain producer on the island. The main building has some 430m², in addition to 1,100m² of agricultural buildings. Own electricity and water supply is more than enough to meet the needs of 120 hectares of land, currently a cattle farm with a heard of two hundred.
