Beautiful house located in the quaint fishing village of Alcaufar, on the east coast of Menorca, with a beautiful beach and all kinds of services.
It is a very special house, that mixes charm and comfort, which makes it the perfect property for vacations or to make it your permanent home.
The property is divided into two levels, the first floor at street level and the lower floor at the level of the beautiful garden. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with a wood stove that communicates with the kitchen with a breakfast bar, we also find a full bathroom and the exit to the charming and private garden with a covered terrace and storage room.
On the first floor there are two single bedrooms and a double bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom, all with air conditioning. There is also a mezzanine that can be adapted to the needs of each one. On this floor is the entrance of the house as well as a spacious terrace with covered and uncovered areas and a parking area.
