We are offering an unique opportunity; an 18th century heritage building, once home to a famous Minorcan cartoonist, located in the heart of the historic centre of Ciutadella.

On the first floor we find three rooms: two with the balcony and one with its own private patio. There are two more rooms on the second floor.
At the moment the building is operating as a hotel, with a contemporary art gallery and a Cafe-Bar on the ground floor, serving artisan coffee, breakfast, brunch and a refined selection of small dishes (tapas), to a wider public.
Nevertheless, the building has many possibilities: it can be, either, left as it is, or transformed to a luxurious villa with the tourist licence, with a big open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor that leads to a beautiful spacious walled garden, where a swimming pool can be installed. It also has a spacious basement with a beautiful stone arch, typical for the historic buildings of Ciutadella, which could be easily transformed to a private spa with sauna and jacuzzi, to a gym or even a wine cellar.
