Genuine menorcan farmhouse situated a short distance from Sant Luis. Its discreet location at the end of a country lane provides privacy and tranquillity. The dry stone walls set in contrast with the white washed houses with Arabic gable roof tiles crowned with the cross inviting walkers along the way to rest and refresh. The house with the traditional distribution, offers its characteristic oven, at the end of the front porch, a farm style kitchen with a large pantry, a total of five bedrooms and a storage/barn attached to the house. A family bathroom currently supplies the needs of the household. There are three large independent barns all of them built in the old dry stone offering large volumes for multifunctional uses.
