Thank you for helping us choose our dream home in the best location in Spain!

David and Catrine · Netherlands

My husband, our two children and I are deeply grateful to the developer and the managers! We had long wanted to move from the Netherlands but didn't know where, until we saw La Pinada. A beautiful house with its own pool for just €325,000 — we flew to Spain right away. We were welcomed, shown everything, and signed the contract on the spot, paying 40% since the price would rise by 20% within a year. Now we can't wait for our house to be finished — the best project, surrounded by mountains, with a sea view.

Thank you for helping me find a property to rent out afterward!

Edwin · Israel

Rental income in Israel is quite low, so I decided to buy a house in Spain. This project is ideal in every way. Right now its price is lower than finished properties — for this money you could only get an apartment. A private pool, quality materials, infrastructure and proximity to the sea will make it highly attractive to tenants.

Thank you for helping us find an affordable home in Spain!

Sasha and Alina · Ukraine

We're from Ukraine. We once vacationed in Benidorm, so we decided to look for property here. We're happy with our purchase in La Pinada at a great price, and we even got a gift. It's peaceful and beautiful here; we found a great school for our children, and while we wait for the house we're exploring Benidorm.

Many thanks to Pavel from the Barcelona office of this real estate agency

Arthur and Maria · Moscow

The team at Rusol Prime, which we approached to buy a house and a commercial property in Spain, turned out to be not just professionals but genuinely decent people. My wife and I decided to move to Barcelona, buy a house and build a business here for passive income. Big thanks to Pavel from the Barcelona office, who helped a great deal. At first we couldn't leave Moscow for a while, so we chose properties remotely, online. The Rusol team first helped us purchase a villa on Costa Maresme on very favorable terms, and later helped us become owners of a grocery store with a tenant in Barcelona, which now brings us good income. Thank you!

Dreams do come true, and Rusol Prime gave us invaluable help along the way

Mark and Laura · Belgium

Many thanks to the Rusol team on the Costa del Sol. They truly helped us find a wonderful property near Marbella — exactly what we wanted and had dreamed of. We wish the whole team health and prosperity. We'll be recommending you to everyone we know in Belgium and Switzerland, where we're from, and to anyone thinking of moving to Spain.

A huge thank you to the whole Rusol team, and especially to management

Ratmir · Kyrgyzstan

During the coronavirus situation and border closures, I decided to seize the moment and bought a commercial property near Marbella through Rusol. Thanks to the team, I became the owner of a small commercial complex together with a hotel right at a golf club. They even arranged a meeting at the municipality to discuss cooperation with the town hall. I don't speak Spanish or English, but there was no language barrier at all — Russian-speaking experts were always by my side. They also helped me start building the villa our whole family had long dreamed of.

The team got the job done and found us a wonderful option

Marcus and Victoria · Venezuela

My wife and I spent a long time choosing an apartment in Madrid for our whole family to move to — we have three children. We turned to Rusol Prime. We needed not just an upscale apartment in a prestigious area, but good neighbors nearby, top schools, well-developed infrastructure and, most importantly, safety. The team got it done. I especially appreciated Clarissa's work — she helped me choose the apartment entirely online, without me being there in person; I even paid the deposit and issued power of attorney remotely. I then flew to Madrid for the signing. Many thanks to the company for their professionalism.

Working with this team of real estate brokers and experts was easy and enjoyable

Tom · London

We are very pleased with how the Rusol Prime team handled everything. The realtor found us an apartment where we now regularly spend our winter and summer holidays, on the Costa Blanca in the Orihuela Costa area — we love playing golf here. We really appreciated the personal approach and the genuine effort to find exactly what we wanted, rather than simply selling us the first available property. Working with this team was easy and enjoyable. They helped us find a place near a golf club, just three kilometers from the beach, and provided an English-speaking lawyer to handle the deal properly. We will definitely recommend this agency to our friends.

Thank you for helping us find an apartment for our vacation!

Anastasia and Evgeny Komarsky · Russia

We were very pleased with how Rusol Prime helped us find an apartment for our vacation on the Costa Dorada. We appreciated the personal approach and the genuine effort to find exactly what suited us, rather than just renting out the first available property. Working with this team was easy and enjoyable. We were especially glad that they helped us not only find the right option, but also handle the paperwork properly. Our vacation turned out great, and we'll be turning to Rusol Prime again!

Thank you so much for making me feel at home in Spain today!

Pyotr and Nadezhda Kvashiny · Russia

Our family loves spending vacations in Spain. We used to have to handle a lot of things ourselves — finding accommodation in prestigious areas, sorting out paperwork, buying tickets. Now we use Rusol Prime's concierge service through their "Travel & Leisure" package and no longer worry about a thing. We're confident our vacation in Spain will always be organized to the highest standard.

Her help with our purchase and obtaining residency was simply invaluable.

Stas Nikitin · Russia

I recommend working with Rusol Prime to everyone, because it really is a reliable and professional team. I personally used Rusol Prime to buy a house on the Costa Blanca, and later to renovate it. All the services were delivered at the highest level and covered the full process — from finding the property and registering the deal to creating a personalized design project and seeing it fully realized. I still work with this agency to this day and am very happy to have such a partner.

Oleg and Tatyana Livanov · Russia

Our dream came true! We now have our own home in Spain! Thank you, Rusol Prime, for showing us that something we had dreamed of for 10 years could be turned into reality so easily. We're confident it's thanks to this agency and the professionalism of its specialists that our purchase happened at all. We wouldn't have been able to go through the whole journey from dreaming of a home on the coast to actually buying it on our own. But with Rusol Prime, it was very simple!

Zhanna, it was a real pleasure working with you!

The Ernest Family · Russia

We bought a house in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. A week ago our family celebrated our housewarming. The town is wonderful, and so is the house. The children are especially happy — they run to swim in the sea every day. Thank you, Zhanna, who guided us as our agent. We really appreciated your willingness to help and your incredible professionalism. From now on, you're our go-to for everything!

Thanks to the Moscow representative of Rusol Prime!

Maxim and Jordi — true professionals

Toni Francis · United Kingdom

We were looking for a house near Barcelona. We wanted it not too far from the city, in a quiet, pleasant spot. And we found it — with a sea view and great neighbors. Friends recommended we contact Rusol Prime, and we're grateful to them for such a useful tip. Special thanks to the head of the Barcelona office and to lawyer Jordi Bombi for their personalized approach. Wishing you the best of luck in everything!

Thank you for helping me obtain a residence permit

Ben Gilbert · United Kingdom

I want to express my gratitude to Anastasia for helping me obtain residency in Spain. Nastya took care of all the formalities, explained the ins and outs of Spanish law to me, and acted as my interpreter. Without her, nothing would have worked out for me.
