New profession in Spain - real estate shopper

In Spain, the profession of a real estate shopper is rapidly becoming popular. Personal shoppers are quite popular in fashion industry. But in Spain shoppers also offer their services in the real estate market. Its popularity began to grow so quickly that today there is an entire Association of  Personal Real Estate Shoppers (AEPSI). There are about 800 real estate shoppers offering their services in Spain. Their work is not only to find a suitable property but study its main features as well as indirect characteristics: neighbors, infrastructure and surrounding areas, possible pitfalls and etc. Of course, shoppers are also responsible for all negotiations and paperwork. The cost of this service varies from 5% to 20% of a property's price.
