This stunning country property is well built, sizeable and situated a short drive from the centre of Alhaurín El Grande and Coín. The owners specified a full, ground-up build to exacting standards using quality materials. Without hesitation, this unique and special villa provides the next owner with an exceptional opportunity. For those seeking a truly unique, generously proportioned residence that is private, well located and with far-reaching 360-degree views, this could be the one.

The property benefits from numerous modern-day conveniences and is now offered for sale in move-in-ready, turnkey condition. Situated within the protected area of Las Lomas, very close to Alhaurín, the location and setting of this perfectly sized country estate is quite simply exceptional.

This spacious six-bedroom, five-bathroom villa is distributed over two floors and provides a varied and wide range of dining, lounge, seating and living areas, most of which overlook the swimming pool and terraced areas with near-infinity and beyond views. The property is accessed by a concrete driveway, and there is sufficient hardstanding for 10-plus cars. The solar panels are located away from the property, close to the hardstanding and car parking area.

On entering the villa, you will find a generous and well-crafted open-plan lounge-kitchen-dining area that leads to the lower-floor bedrooms, and what could become an office, study or playroom. On this floor, there is a separate shower room and a utility room. A feature staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are four generous and well-planned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite and separate sun terrace.

Externally, the views and privacy are simply unmatched and boast a centrally located swimming pool, several sunbathing and dining terraces, a BBQ dining cabana and entertainment area enjoying far-reaching mountain, valley and castle views. There is a low-maintenance plot where the property sits and a separate, easily accessed, near-9,000 m² country garden stocked with fruit trees, olive trees and cactus plants.

The entire property is heated and cooled with air conditioning throughout, providing comfort to all rooms, all year round, powered at low cost by the solar panels. Additionally, water is provided by the local authorities and by a separate well, perfect for irrigation. There is also a carport for two cars, a 40-foot storage container, a brick-built storeroom and a water deposit. Both plots are fenced and/or walled, and the property is accessed via electric gates.

The villa is well placed for Alhaurín El Grande, Mijas, La Cala, Fuengirola, Málaga Airport, Marbella and beyond. There are endless beaches and numerous golf courses within 10–25 minutes, as well as an extensive and wide variety of high-quality restaurants in the local vicinity. A leisurely 5–10-minute drive takes you to the local towns of Alhaurín and Coín, while Málaga Airport and Marbella are just 30 minutes away.
