This town is famed for its vibrant nightlife. Plenty of night clubs wait for you. Most of the clubs are located in the suburbs - in the area of Avenida Communitat Valencia. But you can also enjoy some fine spots closer to the beach. For example, take a walk along the Levante beach and you will find plenty of bars and discos thanks to which Benidorm is known as continental Ibiza.

  • The Terra Mitica amusement park in a 10 minute ride from the town;
  • The Terra Natura safari park located close to the Terra Mitica;
  • The Aitana safari park, the largest in this region. Located in an hour ride;
  • Aqua Natura (next door to Terra Natura) and Aqualandia (in the suburbs);
  • Mundomar marine animal park;
  • The natural park of Sierra Helada;
  • El Castell de Guadalest, a small town with the largest number of attractions per square meter;
  • The Algar Waterfalls and many other sights.

Other things to do in Benidorm

This town is famed not only for sights and bustling night life but for shopping as well. During the high season, most of the shops are open till late evening. From December to January and from July to Augusts shops offer big discounts and you can find a really great bargain. Among the local shopping malls and stores, the most popular one is La Marina, which is located in Finestrat. In this shopping mall you will be able to enjoy plenty of brand stores, a large food court, cinema, special areas for children and El Corte Inglés discount store.

Local markets like El Pueblo, the largest market in the town, offer fresh fruits and vegetables and flea markets are the best place to go hunting for some antiques and other interesting unique things. One of such markets is El Cisne, the weekend flea market located 15 minutes outside Benidorm.
