1993-2000

The company is founded by a group of businessmen from different countries. The first head office is opened in Torrevieja (Alicante). The main activities: selling luxury real estate in Costa Blanca, advertising properties in the foreign markets, construction, cooperation with local developers and selling their projects at special terms. A construction company is founded and we start investing in the construction sector.

2000-2003

The company is expanding and entering foreign markets, it opens offices in Madrid, Bilbao, and other large Spanish cities as well as in the UK, Russia and Norway.

2003-2005

The company is actively working in the primary and secondary real estate markets (budget and premium-class properties). The number of sales of commercial property of different types is increasing: shopping and business centers, restaurants, offices, shops, hotels wineries.

2005-2009

The company is organizing professional international exhibitions. The company signs partnership agreements with leading foreign banks and development companies who implemented such big projects as Balcón de Arenales and Marina d'Or. The company opens partner offices in 10 countries.

2009-2012

We continue developing in the first-class real estate sector and provide legal advice to foreign customers. The company is divided into departments responsible for property transactions, investments, and other real estate management services. We open offices in Barcelona, Marbella and other Spanish cities. The company signs exclusive agreements with banks to sell bank repossessed properties.

2012-2015

The company get an exclusive right to sell bank repossessed properties in Costa Blanca region. The company is focused on integrating new technology - we create websites with unique content, including information about residential and commercial real estate from partner companies throughout Spain. New franchise offices are opened abroad.   

2015-2018

Development of the key sectors: real estate for sale, rent and development projects of any complexity. The company signs agreements on exclusive sale of over 2000 properties in the most prestigious areas of the provinces of Murcia and Costa Blanca and exclusive golf villages. The company develops investment consulting services, sells investment properties and land plots. During this period, the company also launches a chain of restaurants and a management company.

2018-2020

Work in the main areas of activity: purchase-sale-lease of real estate and implementation of projects of any complexity in the field of commercial real estate. Conclusion of partnership agreements with leading real estate agencies in all regions of Spain. Transition of work to the format of a new type of real estate Agency with promotion on the Internet and expansion of areas of presence. Expanding the database of real estate objects. Development of investment consulting, financial consulting, family office, asset management, search and sales of investment properties, land plots, retail and hotel premises. Opening of a management company. The opening of the exhibition area and the organization of the Spanish Business Club in Moscow-an Association of leading Spanish companies to bring their products to the Russian market.

2021

Expansion of presence zones. Application of online technologies in the sale of Spanish and European real estate. Management of commercial properties in Spain, England and Switzerland.
