Rustic land of more than 12 hectares with several buildings built before 1956, one of them being a traditional Menorcan "boyera" of about 65m², built in 1850 and an old limestone oven of about 30m², to be restored and always for agricultural purposes. There is also a rainwater deposit collector from the roof of the "boyera".
The land is a large and beautiful forest with holm oak, Menorcan ullastres and native vegetation of the area.
