Luxury villa on the coast in Spain for rent. This villa is located in the town of Calafell, a few minutes from the broadband beach and a promenade with a well-developed infrastructure. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, shops, cafes.
The area of the house is 350 m2 and includes three floors.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a bedroom suite with a bathroom and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom.
On the first floor of the villa – a suite with bathroom and access to the terrace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the second one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor of the villa you can find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath. There is another room that can be furnished at will.
The house is very spacious and can accomodate 10 guests. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The windows have mosquito nets, air conditioning in all rooms and satellite TV.
Amazing covered terrace with a lounge area with garden furniture is undoubtedly the highlight of this villa. A large dining table, barbecue, grill – everything you need to enjoy the warm mediterranean climate and nature. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden of 1000 m2 with pine trees that create a pleasant shade even during the hottest days. In the garden there is a large swimming pool 10x4m.
The villa has table tennis, sports equipment, 3 bicycles, a safe, alarm.
