Prices for real estate in Spain grew after the crisis

 

Real estate in Madrid and Barcelona has been steadily increasing in price for the last few years, which shows that the real estate market is experiencing revival. In these two cities the housing prices have considerably grown in the second quarter of 2018 and the prices increased by almost 50%, comparing with the year of 2013.

The second highest price growth rates are observed in Malaga and San Sebastián. The prices in these regions increased by 29 and 26% respectively, comparing with the period of the economic crisis. The price growth is also observed in Palma de Mallorca, Logroño, Alicante, Pamplona, Valencia, Vitoria. In these regions the prices grew by 23% to 18%.
